FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

eTEK for Windows Vista® (Preliminary Update)

Greenwood Village, Colorado, July 2, 2007. eTEK International confirmed today that their plans to release a new version of eTEK Accounting, designed specifically for Windows Vista and Microsoft Office 2007, remain on schedule. While timing of a specific release date is subject to key variables the company cannot directly control, such as certification testing by Microsoft, final release is targeted for Q4 2007.

Commenting on this preliminary update, Al Blair, eTEK's President & CEO remarked, "In making this announcement we certainly do not want to confuse any current or future prospects, as all of our current systems perform very well on Windows Vista with Office 2007 and earlier versions of Microsoft Office. Thus, there is no practical need to wait for the release of our newer version in order to purchase an eTEK Accounting System. Having said that, please see below a simple visual preview of how we are adopting the new Microsoft Office 2007 "ribbon" tool bar for use in our upcoming newer version, consistent with the look and feel of all Microsoft Office 2007 applications."
