eTEK International announced the release today of eTEK
Accounting for Microsoft Office 2007 - a new version of eTEK Accounting
that provides eTEK customers with the option to upgrade their
accounting software to be fully compatible with Microsoft
Office 2007 applications. While earlier pre-release announcements from eTEK referred to this
new version
as eTEK Accounting for Windows Vista, the new product was renamed after
testing confirmed the most significant benefits result from its compatibility with Microsoft Office 2007 applications.
eTEK Accounting for Microsoft Office 2007 is available for either Microsoft
Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Vista. Various stand-alone and network
configurations are being offered, ranging from single-user versions,
up to large-scale multi-user networks based upon Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft SQL Server. All versions provide open database/open source end-user licensing.
Complete system licenses for typical multi-user configurations range from
$10,000 to $12,000, including training and support, and include all general
accounting and financial reporting capabilities, as well as Payroll, Job
Costing, and a full suite of Supply Chain Management applications.
eTEK
will continue to sell and support earlier versions of eTEK Accounting
for Microsoft Office XP and Microsoft Office 2003.

from our earlier highly rated Office XP and Office 2003 versions; the former
version of which had been previously certified by Microsoft for Windows XP. Our
consistent internal architecture and functionality will ease the conversion and

offering our current customers with attractive upgrade packages."
